Cafés and bars with chess in Paris 4

A few Paris venues put chess at the centre of a café or a bar. The Blitz Society, on rue du Sabot in the 6th arrondissement, is a bar that holds Sunday rapid tournaments rated by FIDE, and its own page lists a tournament of chess variants. L'Échiquier, on rue Saint-Maur in the 11th, is a neighbourhood bar that combines jazz and chess and has held FIDE-rated blitz tournaments.

The others host clubs. The Salon Boba Fruits, on rue Mademoiselle in the 15th, is where Inter Chess plays its numbered FIDE rapids, and the Café Les 2 Parisiens, on the Faubourg Saint-Martin in the 10th, receives the Friday blitz tournaments of Canal Saint-Martin Echecs.
