Suggest a club, tournament or correction

Use this form for a chess club, a regular chess evening or a recurring tournament in Paris or the petite couronne that the directory lacks, or for an entry that is wrong or out of date. Players, parents, coaches, club committees and café staff are all welcome to write.

What helps most is a link: the club's own page, its entry in the federation register or a dated post. Messages are read together at the next revision and compared with that page, and every change that follows is dated in the directory changes.

After you send it

  • Messages wait until the directory is next revised and are then read together.
  • Each message is checked against the pages of the club or organiser; where they bear it out, the entry is updated and the date goes into the directory changes.
  • Where no page supports it, the entry is left as it was, including any unconfirmed status it already shows.
  • Expect a reply only when you have asked for one and left a way to reach you.
